Greek salad

Bright, summery and so easy to put together, I bring to you my favourite of all time, the Greek Salad!

Every bite into this bowl is crunchy and refreshing at the same time. And thanks to the feta cheese for that impressive pugnant flavour.

I think the vibrant colours are so invitingĀ that many (even some one who isn’t very fond of greens) would dish dive right away. Don’t just take my word for it…go on…give it a try. Put this dish out and observe how quickly it sits empty on that table.


1-2 cucumber (peeled or unpeeled optional)
5-8 black olives
2 ripe tomatoes
10 cubes feta cheese

For the dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 whole lime (juice)
A pinch of salt
1 tsp dried oregano


Wash, clean and cut the vegetables into thick dices and cubes. Put them together in a salad bowl. Pour the dressing over right before serving. Serve chilled.
